Wow, a proper engineering firm. First rate customer service and as the name suggests, precise engineering work. We needed to replace a faulty part on my son’s electric car – faulty from manufacture, purchased from new and identified on the day of delivery – a birthday present for 2 days’ time! We called that afternoon, the machinists asked a number of questions and we had a call back the next day. Spoke to Ian the owner and brought the product in that morning. By that afternoon the part was ready for collection and a quality job – better than the original even when it was in working order.
The passion and attention to detail were clear in the work. The essential add ons – customer care, customer interest and quick turnaround showed that the Vision team is committed to delivering great service.
