Our CNC Milling Equipment
We use the following milling equipment:
- XYZ 560 HD: a heavy-duty 4-axis vertical machining centre for complex component machining.
- Bridgeport EZ Trak DX CNC Milling Machine: for light to medium-duty machining.
- XYZ 710 4-Axis Vertical Machining Centre: equipped with Renishaw probing and used for high-speed aluminium machining.
This equipment gives our team different options for planning the work around the component’s geometry and machining requirements.
Aluminium CNC Milling
Our XYZ 710 machining centre supports high-speed machining of aluminium, providing an option for projects requiring milled aluminium components.
The material grade, wall thicknesses, pocket depths and surface finish requirements can all influence the machining approach. Include these details with your enquiry, particularly where a part has thin sections, closely positioned features or surfaces that will remain visible in the finished product.

Milling Alongside Other Engineering Services
A component may require both milled and turned features, or additional operations before it is ready for assembly. Vision Precision Engineering also offers CNC turning, drilling, broaching and other machining services.
